“Due to increasing sales and to plan for future expansion, we had a requirement to increase the output of our bottling hall facility. Scotserve had previously installed our semi-automatic line in 2013, which we were very happy with, but was reaching maximum capacity.
We contacted Scotserve with the brief to source us an automated bottling line that could fill, cork, capsule and label our bespoke Springbank bottles and so the project started. Throughout the process, James and his team were in constant contact, consulting with us on all aspects of the line and visiting our site regularly until we were sure we had the right line for our needs.
They set up visits to similar size bottling facilities and assisted us on signing off all of the equipment during and PDI visit to Italy. The line was installed efficiently and within timescale in February 2017 and since then we have run all our Springbank, Hazelburn and Longrow products down the line with no issues and a significant improvement in all aspects of bottling.”
