ABOUT US
Scotserve is a family run company that was established over 35 years ago to serve the food and drinks industry.
In the past our core business was to assist customers primarily within the whisky trade with the maintenance and refurbishment of their bottling machinery. Over the years the company and staff have evolved and expanded to enable us to offer a whole host of products and services, in many cases making us a ‘one-stop-shop’ for our clients as we are able to accommodate all their engineering needs.
Whilst a large number of our client base is within the food & drinks sector, we now have a growing number of customers in other industries due to the demand for the products and services we offer.
We pride ourselves on treating every job with the same priority and high standard of finish, from manufacturing small component parts right through to large scale project management of line design, build and supply.
Our highly skilled and experienced workforce operate machinery ranging from state-of-the-art CNC machines to manual lathes. Scotserve recruit and employ Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel. We have highly trained and experienced Millers, Welders, Platers, Fabricators and Engineers in house with many years of experience to call upon.
OUR SERVICES
At Scotserve, we try to demonstrate our decades of experience and expertise with our highly dedicated team to ensure our clients and customer satisfaction needs are met.
With our decades of experience and expertise, it has brought us as well as a vast understanding of our customers’ needs and budgets.
We have been designing and manufacturing complete conveyor systems in house. These are built to suit customer satisfaction.
We have successfully designed and manufactured our own adjustable guide-rail systems. These have been well received by our multi-national clients to suit their needs.
We have a team of experienced staff who measure and design bottle handling parts for our customers’ machines
Over the years we have been asked to carry out a large range of fabrication requirements. Ultimately Scotserve will carry out any type of welding that our customers require.
We manufacture high quality components ranging from custom prototypes and one-off items to larger item order productions.
Scotserve have the facility to supply all our customers with spare parts and machinery for Krones labelling machines through Renner GmbH.
We provide labour on a permanent basis for some of our customers as their sole engineers on site, however we have adapted this to suit other clients on a temporary basis.
